Where do you ship from?

All orders are packed and shipped with love (and a little lash magic) from our beautiful studio just south of Wollongong, on the stunning South Coast of New South Wales. It’s where the ocean breeze meets flawless lashes and yes, every order is carefully packed by our small lash obsessed team.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we don’t offer international shipping at this time. We currently ship within Australia only.

How long does it take to process my order?

We generally pack and process orders the same business day if your order is placed before 2PM (AEST). Orders placed after 2PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order is packed and shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your lashes every step of the way.

We always do our best to get your lashes on their way to you as quickly as possible!

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Once your order leaves our studio, delivery usually takes:
1 – 3 business days with Express Shipping ($14.95)
2 – 6 business days with Standard Shipping ($9.95)

Please note that public holidays and peak periods may cause slight delays. If you need your lashes sooner, we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout for faster delivery. Free express shipping for orders over $100

What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

If your lashes haven’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, the first step is to check your tracking information (you’ll find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email). Sometimes, delays happen due to factors like public holidays or postal service peak periods.
