Who are South Coast Lashes?

We’re your new lash besties, born on the stunning south coast of New South Wales, Australia. Created by a lash artist who believes beauty should be effortless, fun and fits into real life. 

How do I apply the lash segments?

Start by applying the bond to the base of your natural lashes, making sure to avoid direct contact with the skin. Then, apply each lash segment from the inner to the outer corner, slightly overlapping them for a seamless look.

Once all segments are in place, use tweezers to gently fuse the lashes together. To finish, apply the sealant to the base of the lash segments (where the bond was applied) and fuse once more to lock everything in. We recommend applying sealant daily to prolong life.

This helps create a secure, long lasting hold with a polished, salon quality finish all from the comfort of your own home.

How do I clean and reuse them?

Keeping your lash segments fresh is easier than you think and yes, they’re totally reusable when treated with a little TLC.

Here’s how to bring them back to life:

1. Pour a small amount of isopropyl alcohol into a bowl (something about palm sized is perfect). Drop your lash segments in and let them soak for 10 minutes.

2. One at a time, remove each lash segment and place it on a paper towel. Gently peel off the softened bond with your fingers. For any stubborn bits, use a spoolie to clean between the lash fans.

3. Apply lash shampoo and use a cleansing brush to gently (but thoroughly) wash each segment. 

4. Rinse with water and either air dry or use a mini fan if you’re feeling fancy. Once they’re dry, give them a final brush with a clean spoolie.

      That’s it fresh, clean, and ready for your next lash moment.

Can I swim, run, or be active while wearing South Coast Lashes?

Absolutely! Our lashes went through 12 months of testing to make sure they can keep up with your lifestyle. Whether you're swimming, running, riding or just living life on the go they’re built to stay put.

For best results, we recommend applying sealant daily and fusing your lashes together to keep everything locked in and looking flawless.

Are our lashes safe for sensitive eyes?

Our products are formulated to be gentle and are free from common irritants like latex and harsh chemicals. However, because everyone’s skin, eyes, and body chemistry are uniquely their own (thanks, DNA!), we can’t guarantee that our lashes or adhesives will be suitable for all sensitive eyes.

If you have a history of eye sensitivity, allergies, or skin reactions, we always recommend doing a patch test first or consulting with a medical professional before use just to be safe. We do not take any responsibility for any reactions.

Your comfort and safety are super important to us, and we want your lash experience to be as flawless as your final look.

Can I wear mascara with the lashes?

Technically, yes but we don’t recommend it. Using mascara (especially on top of the lash segments) can interfere with the bond, sealant, and overall longevity of your lashes.

Our lashes are designed to give you a full, fluffy, mascara like effect all on their own, no extra coating needed. For the best results and longest wear, we suggest skipping the mascara and letting the lashes do the talking.

We’re a small but mighty team based on the South Coast of NSW.

We work Monday - Friday, 9pm -5pm  AEST (excluding public holidays).

Weekends are for lash naps and family time but we’ll get back to you first thing Monday!
